Nelly lives with her parents and two brothers in the northern part of Uganda in a very remote village where accessing good social services is not easy. Nelly lives near the shore of a lake which gets flooded once in a while making it very hard for the family as they have to shift to a dry land to ensure that they are safe. Nelly has very limited space to play with her friends a thing that has always affected her social life since she has to play with only her two brothers, she is enrolled in school and would like to become a nurse in future a dream that may be affected by her parents inability to pay her fees in time that has made her miss school frequently.
